Irresistible food, superb wines and some amazing surprises. At the Chaine des Rôtisseurs Dinner, invited guests will blind taste the top 3 red and 3 white wines, selected during the preliminary blind tasting, to determine the festival’s Grand Champion, Grand Reserve Champion and Reserve Champion.

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. The United States chapter, now in its 54th year, is comprised of 6,000 gourmands, gourmets, gastronomes, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, oenologists, winery owners, sommeliers and food and wine educators. The tradition of enjoying fine dining and the camaraderie of friends at dinners and events continues at the Galveston Island Wine Festival. 


PREMIUM TASTING @ Saengerfest Park

 SOLD OUT -The Premium Wine Tasting returns this year for the true wine connoisseurs. Guests will sip and savor premium wines from participating vineyards of the festival. These premium wines will not be available to sample at the Grand Tasting event. This exclusive evening is not one to miss! 5K FUN RUN + Grand Tasting

Lace up your kicks and raise your little finger, it’s time to toast the 3rd Annual Galveston Island Wine Festival Champagne Run! This morning race takes runners along the beautiful Scenery of Galveston Island and across a finish line of tiny bubbles! **Please note: The Champagne 5K welcomes runners of all ages, but you must be 21+ to enjoy the bubbly!

THE GRAND TASTING @ Saengerfest Park

The Grand Tasting is the highlight of the festival. Patrons will embark on a tasting trip through vineyards from all around the world. The fantastic live music and endless wine sampling in the park will complete this afternoon of indulgences. Modest food bites will be provided by Executive Chef Chris Lopez from BLVD Seafood- Galveston’s trendsetter restaurant in the boat to table dining; and by Lance Fegen, Culinary Director, and Managing Partner, F.E.E.D. TX Restaurant Group.
